I have paid for TurboTax Online. My e-file gets rejected but I paid for TT with my credit card. I have also added one additional state by mistake I don't need to file in.
How do I get my money back and start over?

Once you have paid for the TurboTax online account or filed a tax return, the account cannot be cleared or started over.
If you have not paid for the state you do not need, the state program can be deleted - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/using-turbotax/help/how-do-i-delete-my-state-return-in-turbotax-online/01/25895
If you have paid for that state, it cannot be deleted.
You will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance with your situation.
To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours. If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
