I have paid for and tried to file using this system. It has been rejected twice and there is no avenue to receive the promised help I paid for. I will use HR Block.

You were using the Live edition so you should have contacted the Tax Expert as described in this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/expert-review/help/how-do-i-connect-with-a-tax-expert-in-turbotax-live/01/27282
