I have noticed the 2020 Form 8915-E is available now on the IRS website, not in draft form. When will it be available electronically so we can submit taxes?

The Form 8915-E was only used on a 2020 tax return.  If your account shows you need the Form 8915-E on the 2021 tax return then delete the form.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools 

Click on Delete a form
