I have not recieved my stimulus payment it still states it is in the account that the tax preparer made before sending it to me. I have contacted the bank they use?

The bank that takes the TurboTax fees out of your federal refund will decline the stimulus payment direct deposit and the IRS will then issue a paper check and mail it to you at the address on record with the IRS.
