I have not received my 2020 1040 so how do I file?

Can you please clarify your question?   Are you missing one of your tax forms?  or are you missing your 2020 1040 to get you AGI from 2020 in order to use that figure to file electronically?

What do you mean you haven't received your 2020 1040, so how do I file?   Do you mean you haven't filed your 2020 1040?   You need to download the 2020 TurboTax desktop version for the return you file (deluxe, premier, etc.).
