I have not filed my 2019 1040 but need to change my estimated income for 2020 because for the FAIR act. How do I do this?

Go to the federal interview section.

Select Other Tax Situations
Select Other Tax Forms
Select Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes
Proceed to answer the questions as applicable
Based upon your answers, the program will adjust your estimated payment vouchers
