I have not filed from2011 to 2024 due to no income what should I do?

I worked as a handyman in kind traded work for rent.

The value of the rent that you didn't have to pay is taxable income to you. It's your pay for the work you did as a handyman. You have to report it as income on your tax return.


You should consult a local tax professional to discuss what you have to do to catch up on your back taxes, and the proper way to report your work-for-rent arrangement going forward.

Unfortunately, TurboTax really can't be of any useful help here. You really need to consult with a local tax professional for your 2024 taxes, assuming you actually have income to report for 2024. This is especially true if your state taxes personal income.
