I have no option to deposit my federal refund into more than one account. I paid with a CC already. The help line was stumped as well. Anyone else having problems?

At this time, the option to split your refund among multiple bank accounts isn't available in TurboTax Online, unless you also choose to purchase savings bonds. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/6475282
