I have never file jointly as a married woman. Why do I have to know how my husband took the standard deduction or itemized? I have no idea how he files?

Help...is it trying to get me to file different?

Should have tax data as part of marriage partnership. If you are filing jointly, you need last years and current info too.

Ask for it.
