I have my turbo tax file from 2018 but when I drag and drop it to jumpstart this year's taxes, nothing happens. What is wrong?

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, after you have installed TurboTax 2019, open the program and start a new return.  

TurboTax looks for the .tax file on your computer and transfers it into the New Return.

I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to upload my HRBlock 2018 taxes to Turbotax for this year, but it keeps saying Upload Failed.
