I have my taxes completed, approved and ready to file. The email is wrong to receive code to file and nothing I do will allow me to correct it. Any suggestions?

also I don't owe any taxes or receive any refunds. do I need to file at all?

Fill in and submit the account recovery request form with a copy of your id.
