I have multiple w-2 and if I only made less than 3000 on one do I have to file them

All together it’s not over 13,000

Yes, you must file all of your income if you have a filing requirement.  If your total income was roughly $13,000, then it is most likely you will have a filing requirement, but read these two articles below - the first one is for general taxpayers and the second is for dependents.  If you don't meet these income level requirements for filing, then you don't have to file a tax return at all unless you want to file to recoup any tax withholding (which would be beneficial to you).
