I have multiple accounts with a bank. If I received a Combined Statement for 1099-INT can I enter just the total Interest?

Yes,that would be fine. IRS will look for the social security number to match  the 1099-INT rather than the account numbers of the provider as long as the combined statement covers only one taxpayer, or both taxpayers when filing jointly, you may enter the combination  total amount .
