I HAVE health insurance

I have a Schedule C business.  I purchased employer-sponsored health insurance plan.  HOWEVER, the program continues to ask me to fill out form 8889-T, "Health Savings accounts."  I did not do one of those - had insurance.  I think I missed checking some box in the program.

You can have employer-sponsored health insurance and still have an HSA.  Do you have a code W in box 12 of your W2?

There is no "W."  I didn't get a w-2.  All of my income comes from my schedule C business.  There is no HSA.  The program is stating that I have no insurance, it seems.  Just need to know how to indicate in the program that I am covered.

I deleted the form and that seemed to work.
