I have had many different short term temporary jobs throughout last year. I have not made more than $12,000 at each separate job, but collectively yes. Do I have to file?

Yes, you have to report all income received in 2018 on a tax return, regardless of amount received.  After you enter one W-2 the program will ask you if you have more W-2's to enter.
