I have form 1098 for a HELOC where I paid 0.62 in interest. I am not able to pull up Regions Bank in order to report this. Is it necessary to report such a small amt?

If it is necessary, how do I do it if I am not able to pull up my lender?

Since the amount is immaterial, you do not need to report it on your tax return.
