I have done File extension using Turbo Tax Easy Extension.Do I need to send the form 4868 to the IRS manually?

No, if you successfully e-filed your extension using Easy Extension you do not need to mail the form to the IRS.  For more information on filing an extension see:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3301811
