I have been trying to refile. I get OOPS try again. For 4 hours. Any ideas?

I had an incorrect AGI which i fixed. I get to the page witjh 3 options, awhen i delect the first one i get the error message whivh loops bck to the 1st page,  This repeats infinitely.
