I have been trying to complete my Federal and State returns over and over for days now. Every time that TurboTax completes the Review, it stalls and shows a blank screen.

I am using TurboTax Online (Deluxe option) and I have tried the process on Safari and Chrome with the exact same results. Two calls to TurboTax reps did not solve the problem; one suggested that I try a different browser (did not help) and the other tried to transfer me to a supervisor but terminated the call.

Try Efiling your Federal return only.  If it transmits without a problem, it could be an issue with your state.  

 

You can always go back and Efile your State later.
