I have been paying medicare taxes from my salary but I am not enrolled in medicare. Can i get this back?

If you are a US citizen or US resident you pay Social Security and Medicare taxes on your wages. These taxes are used for SS benefits and Medicare when you become eligible for those benefits. The taxes are not refundable.

Nope...everyone pays into it while working.
Then, when you reach actual Medicare age (near retirement), you sign up for Medicare coverage at that time, at a much reduced rate over what you might have had to pay for a private plan.
