I have been o0n workers comp, all year for 2023, and have not worked. do I have file taxes for this year

If you are single and had no taxable income then you have no reason to file an income tax return.

No.  Workers’ compensation benefits are not taxable and are not claimed on yearly tax statements. These are fully exempt from state and federal taxes, regardless if paid on a scheduled basis (like weekly or biweekly) or in a lump sum.
