I have an S corp with 0 income and no wages for 2015, do I need to generate W2s? I'm the owner and sole employee, I have received no wages.

I have had my S corp going only for a couple months,  I'm the only employee and all I have been doing is getting things set up.  I have 0 employees and have paid no contractors at any point.  Do I need to generate a W2 for myself?  I already did a tax return and generated a Schedule K1 with losses on it.

No.  You do not need to pay yourself a wage as reported on W-2 from your S-Corporation when the S-Corporation has generated zero income.
