The discount will appear in your shopping cart prior to submitting your taxes. Please utilize the following steps if you are not seeing the Turbo Tax discount in your shopping cart at checkout:
1. Log out of your Turbo Tax account.
2. Next, clean your cache and cookies via your chosen browser, (Google, Internet Explorer, etc.)
3. Sign back into your Turbo Tax account using the link provided within the original email.
4. Begin the checkout process again.
