I have an adp card for work and it is connected to an adp account with a routing and account #. Will my refund have a problem posting into this account?

If you card can accept deposit and is in your name, there should be no issue using this as your deposit account for the IRS refund. The IRS will deposit where you direct them to.  You can double check by calling the number on the back of the card.
