I have already started. My case # IS 1550919428

I was told by Mark that all I had to do was give you the case number and get me back where I started.

Here in the Community, we do not have access to case information.  However, a representative on the phone or live chat can assist with this information.  Access either through the "Live Help" button inside of TurboTax.
