I have already paid for TurboTax. Now I’m trying to file my return but it says I need to pay again. What do I do?

Fees for filing my return have been taken out of my bank but I cannot get the product to let me file

Please submit more details as to which specific return is getting accepted - i.e.. federal v. state, which state.
I can share a hint that for IL, I had to go the the IL-PIN site to get an IL-PIN since I should have used a 2016 State filing to get AGI, instead of a 2017 AGI since this person filed in IL in 2016 but not in 2017.
