I have a W2 from employer with box 12 code v entry. I cashed out thru e trade. Is another tax form coming? I imported my W2, am I done reguarding this transaction.

Yes, you will be needing a 1099-B from E-trade.  You will enter this in the Investment section of TurboTax. 

A code of V in Box 12 of your W-2 is an amount that was exercise of non-statutory stock option

This amount is included with your taxable income in boxes 1, 3, and 5.  This will need to be reported on your     Schedule DTurboTax helps you do this in the Investment section.
