What kind of 1099? 1099-MSIC? 1099-INT? 1099-DIV? 1099-OID? 1099-R? There are over 20 types of 1099's.

If the income is reported in box 3 or 7 of that 1099-MISC, then with few exceptions, as far as the IRS is concerned you earned that money while self employed and in business for yourself. It has to be reported on a SCH C as a part of your personal tax return.
If you will NOT be claiming any business expenses, assets or vehicle expenses income, against that business then you can use the online version of Premier. Otherwise, you will have to use TurboTax Self-Employed.

You enter both the W2 and 1099Misc into the same tax return.  What did you get the 1099Misc for?

Where to enter a 1099Misc,

You need to upgrade to Deluxe or higher to enter a 1099Misc.

Go into your account with Turbo Tax
Select Federal Taxes, then
Select Income and Wages, then
Self Employment > Income and Expenses - Start or Update
Or if you aren't sure enter it under Other Common Income > Form 1099-Misc
