I have a TurboTax account associated with my business, but I need to create a new, or 2nd account for my personal use. Where, or how am I able to do this?

I am automatically logged into my current account and do not see where I can create a new account, or add one.

You can create a new TurboTax Account by clicking here.  You will create a separate new account.  You can have up to five TurboTax accounts for your email address.

Thank you.  Unfortunately, when I go to the TurboTax website, it automatically logs me into my existing account. I don't even enter my username and password.

You can start another return in TurboTax Online by:

  1. Logging out if you are in your account
  2. Choose what TurboTax Online product you want to use for the second return
  3. Create your account screen
  4. Set up a new login for the second return
  5. Start working on the new return

I tried to create a second account using the same email. As soon as I put my email in, it says 'this email is already taken'
It gives me a 'create a new account' button and when I click that I can create a new password but the the 'Create an Intuit Account' button is greyed out. I must be missing something obvious, but ...

I am having exactly the same issue. I do not want to have to create a new email address just to file a second return, but it seems like that is what TurboTax wants me to do.

If you are using an online account, you can only do one return per email address.
