I have a "self employment" tax being charged to me, and I am not "self employed" where do I go to correct this?

Did you receive a 1099-MISC with income in box 7? If so, the IRS assumes you are self employed even though you may think you are not. What did you do to receive it?

I did - employee of the company and they do 1099.

If you receive a 1099-MISC, your company does not classify you as an employee. Employees must receive a W-2. Your company considers you an independent contractor which is considered by the IRS to be self employment. You must pay self employment taxes.
