I have a second part time job that is cash only. I only made $9100 this year. Do I have to file that?

ALL INCOME IS REQUIRED TO BE REPORTED WHETHER IT IS LEGAL OR ILLEGAL INCOME.  YOU NEED TO DECIDE WHERE TO ENTER IT ON THE 1040.  IT MIGHT BE SELF EMPLOYMENT INCOME WHICH YOU WOULD REPORT ON A SCH C.
