I have a question regarding the 2017 alternative minimum tax on my state refund WHICH the 2018 turbotax says is other income for 2018 Why? I am not itemizing in 2018n

Ireceived no benefit from the state income tax deduction in 2017 due to AMT

This is a glitch that will be fixed in an upcoming update ... however you can fix it now yourself ... simply go to the 1099-G section and delete the unneeded form.
