Federal Taxes or Personal (Home & Business)

Wages and Income

Then scroll down to Investment Income

Capital Loss Carryovers - Click the Start or Update button

You will need to upgrade from the Free Edition to Online Premier or higher to enter a Capital Loss Carryover.  Or use any of the Desktop programs.
