I have a form 1099-misc for fringe benefits I got on the side that were received from my job for working on union job sights and not being a union worker how do I enter?

To report:

1. Go to federal
2. wages and income
3. Other common income
4. income from 1099-MISC
5. Enter the 1099-MISC
6. Next screen will ask you for a description of the income
7. Next screen asks if any of this uncommon income applies.  Here you can say none.
8. Next question asks if this income is like your main job.  Say no. 
9. Answer the question on the next screen.
10. Next screen asks if this involved an intent to earn money. Here you will say no.
