I have a foreign home & business address. I also have a USA mailing address. How do I include both in my return so, if needed, IRS can contact me through the USA address?

You can't include both addresses on your income tax return. You generally enter the address where the IRS can send you correspondence. If that's your USA address, then enter that on your tax return.
