I have a different phone number how do I change it

If you need to update your phone number for your TurboTax Account:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click My Account at the top of the screen, and select Account Settings.
3. Select Profile.
4. Click Edit next to the phone number you want to change.

How u change our phone number on our card 

It will let me do that on my account

To update your phone number, please go to https://accounts.intuit.com/index.html, then login with your TurboTax credentials. From there, you can update any account information you would like. If you need to change your phone number for your Turbo Prepaid Visa card, you will need to contact customer care.  Please click here for instructions to contact TurboPrepaid customer care.

To change your phone number in TurboTax, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
2. Select Intuit Account in the lower-left corner.
3. Click Edit at the right of the Phone line and then select Change next to your phone number.
4. Enter your new phone number 
5. Enter your password.
6. Click Save and you’re done

I can't sign in, it has my old number and I can't get the codes

It wont let me log in to verfiy my account turbo has my old number

I created a new account with my same email address but my new phone number. I need the agi number from 2018 tax returns.

How do update my phone number

Log back into TurboTax.

1. On the black panel on the left, select My Info 
2. Select Edit to the right of your address
3. You will be able to edit your phone number in this section 

I’m trying to log into my account and for my security it’s asking to send a code to a number I not longer have. How can I change that? I need to get into my account.
