I have a Chromebook and am in a registered domestic partnership. Which turbo tax should I download since it doesn't run windows or Mac os?

TurboTax does not support Chromebook.  You will have to use one of the TurboTax online editions - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
