i have a blank line 14 on my NY W2. Turbotax will not let me complete my return, it is asking for entry for code 101 on the addition and subtraction statement

If box 14 is blank, just skip it. Don't enter a 0 for any blank boxes. If you have anything in any of the spaces for box 14, delete it. You can select the trash can by the boxes to delete it.   

What is box 14 on my W-2 for?
