I have a bad state ID on "Additional Payer and Recipient Information" in 1099-Div, won't let me efile because of it because the Zip Code doesn't match. How do I change?

It depends. You can do a google search to find out a correct zip code for the city and state and enter that zip code. That should allow you to efile with the correct zip code.
