I have a 5-digit Employer´s state ID number, TurboTax is asking me for a 6-digits number. I do not know what to do, I can not move forward. Can someone help me?

I work for a Local Health Department, if that info helps.

Are you talking about box 15 on your W-2? Or some other form?
