I have a 2014 turbotax , can I import and use information for my 2016 Turbo? Had to use a CPA last year.

I have a 2013 & 2014 turbo tax report, can I import and use information for my 2016 Turbo filling in info?

Unfortunately, no. Turbotax will import only from the immediate prior year. Turbotax 2016 will import only from 2015, not any other year.

This is quite annoying.  I have TurboTax Premier 2018 and I skipped TT last year because I used a CPA now I must start all over.

Correct.  You can only transfer the previous year into a new tax year.  You cannot skip years for the transfer process.
