I have a 1099q with multiple accounts listed for a 529 plan. Do I have to enter seperately?

This is a fidelity 529 account with 5 separate funds listed in each block.  Do I have to enter each fund separately given that the gross distribution, gain etc is different for each fund?

You do not need to list each funds separately. You just enter the total gross distribution, the total earnings and the total basis.
