I have a 1099-R. I have an amount in box 1, but $0 in box 2. Do I have anything to report and how do I report it?

Distribution code is 1. Federal income tax withheld is $0.

Although there isn't a taxable amount in box 2 of this form, you still need to file it. The IRS will have a copy and be looking to match up the one you file.
