I have a 1099-R from a divorce settlement. I'm guessing this would fall under Non-qualified plan?

The type of Plan doesn't refer to the distribution (divorce settlement). It refers to the retirement plan that the distribution came from.  You can contact the plan administrator to find out if the retirement plan is a Qualified Plan or Non-Qualified Plan.

Refer to the TurboTax article What is a "qualified retirement plan"? for more information.
