I have a 1099-NEC but the Recipient's TIN is listed as my company's EIN, not either my wife or my social. Do I enter that under personal income?

What do I do with a 1099-NEC that has the company's EIN as the TIN?

Do you file a Schedule C? Do you have a business?

If so, enter it in that section under the Business tab.

I assume this is for your self employment income?   Actually just enter it as Other self employment income or as Cash or General income.  You don't need to get a 1099NEC or 1099Misc or 1099K.  Even if you did you can enter all your income as Cash.  Only the total goes to schedule C.
