If the amount on your 1099-Misc is in Box 7, that indicates Self-Employment Income.  The Washington State Healthcare Authority should report the reimbursement in Box 3.

To report this income as 'Other Income' in your return, type '1099misc' in the Search window and then 'Jump to 1099misc'.  On the 1099-Misc Summary screen, EDIT your 1099-Misc.

As you Continue through the section,  indicate that this income is 'not like your main job'.  Choose NO for 'intent to make money?'

Be sure to claim the amount of medical insurance premiums you paid in the Deductions & Credits section.
