I have a 1099-MISC for my Ph.D. Student Fellowship - State and Fed Taxes Withheld

I've seen a few similar situations on this forum and have been able to navigate to the "scholarships and fellowships" section of TurboTax which wants you to have a 1098, but will accept the info on my 1099-MISC. Any other method seems to treat my 1099-MISC like self-employment income and wants business info. However, I'm still stuck on one major point. I opted to withhold taxes, so I have data in boxes 4 and 16 I need to input, but there doesn't seem to be a way for me to do this. Can anyone help?
