I have a 1099-K from Lyft, and TT asked which address I use for my driving, home or other. Because I'm not an employee, do I use my home address or Lyft's as listed on the form?

Use your home address, not Lyft's.  You may have income for this business from many different 1099s/addresses in the future.  Unless you rent an office to take care of your business activities, always use your home address.
