If you have multiple W-2's from the same employer (The same EIN number) Please check a couple of things first:
- Do they all have the exact same Employer Identification Number in Box b in the top left corner of the W-2?
- Are any exact duplicates?
- Do Any say corrected?
If you've checked all of the above, you can simply add them all together.
Be sure that you account for every box, and state listed.
