I have 2 part-time jobs. One W-2 has my old address and the other has my current address. Will this be a problem?

No. The address on the W-2 is not important. But it is important that you enter the W-2 exactly as printed. The address that matters, is the one you entered in the "Mailing Address" section under the personal info tab.
